3. Identity and Employment Data

This guide simplifies the collection of diverse identity information of your employees, and then subsequently what to do with the data.

Step 1: Direct Employees to Nisto.io and send them to fill out the Nisto People survey.

Alternatively: Print off the following and post it on the wall of an office or in a job shack. Download as pdf here, here is the QR code.

Step 2: After employees complete their Nisto People surveys, they will receive a 12-digit alphanumeric code. The employee must copy this code and share it with your HR or payroll department.

This code must be stored in their payroll account within your payroll system.

How to Prepare your Payroll System and Submit your Employment Data to the Nisto Portal

Step 1: You must create 2 new fields in your payroll system: ‘Nisto People Code’, and ‘Unique Identifier’.

(Some organizations already have a unique identifier in an employees payroll account - that value can be used.)

What must NOT be shared in your data upload of payroll data is any personally identifiable information such as First or Last Names, Date of Birth or other PII.

Step 2. Involves compiling anonymous payroll data from your project's inception to the current monthly submission date.

Specifically, the initial submission will encompass data from Project inception. Subsequent monthly submissions will include data from the corresponding month.

The data that is required can be easily exported from most CRM/Accounting and Payroll systems.

Employment Data

The necessary payroll data must be laid out with the following columns:
